This is ridiculous. I went to MTN Cresta yesterday as an upgrade is due. Seeing as i didn't call I didn't expect them to have stock. Anyway some dude at MTN "Kent" or whatever said he will let me know if they get stock today. Obviously he hasnt let me know yet, why would anyone from MTN want to help you. However thats not the problem. I'm sure the kid is busy or forgot so all i wanted to do is kindly phone the shop and ask if they have stock. but nooo, obviously no one wants to answer, ive seen up to 4 different numbers on websites, including landlines and faxes and cellphones. im ready to send a fax with big text just to help them make sure they can read the fax. All i want to do is ask them if they have stock yet i cant get hold of anyone...??? grrrr mtn you have 5minutes to turn this complaint into a compliment... GO!!!
