Absolutely pathetic attitude and help

I took my phone there for repair as the speaker is not working. I live far away and drove out their only to get there and find out that they wouldn't help me and that I had to pay 200 rand for a quotation even though it was still within warranty. The managers attitude was appalling and was unwilling to help me! The help I got was pretty much a slap across my face and I have been a loyal sony user I can tell you I will never deal with Sony again!!!
