Vodacom
SECOND HAND REPLACEMENT PHONE

I recently received a Nokia Lumia 900 on an insurance claim from Vodacom (June 2013). I swear it seems like they gave me a second hand phone. the phone has an echo whenever anybody calls me. half the time it freezes. I sent it to Gateway Vodacom. they told me they upgraded the software on the phone and it now works perferctly. to my annoyment the phone still does the exact same thing. I really like Vodacom to replace this phone. I've been a loyal contract customer of Vodacom since 2005. I don't believe I deserve this type of treatment.
