Decling signal quality

I have been a loyal supporter of Cell C for sometime and abhor the service, or lack thereof, of the other providers.
Having said this, the past 4 days the signal quality for both phone and data has been either, intermittent, weak or non existent altogether. This mail has taken 45 minutes - waiting for connection, tim-out due to slow speed, disconnections. I cannot call because my iPhone either says "No signal" or "cannot connect" for whatsup and calls etc. And I am tired of walking from corner to corner of my house/garden to get osomething at least!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, GET YOUR SIGNAL RIGHT OR I AM FORCED TO MIGRATE! OTHER USES IN MY FAMILY ARE NOT HAVING ANY DIFFICULTIES WHATSOEVER WITH OTHER NETWORKS!
And please no 'bull' about we do not guarantee signal in private residences, or we don't have a problem - YOU DO!!!
My location is Little road, off Lowestoft Drive, Mulbarton.
