New Contract, No delivery of phone after one week

I must say I am a little disappointed, I am always bragging to family and friends how good cell c is etc, However I am starting to doubt my own words. Last week Monday 26/09/13, I opened a new contract online (telephonically) and it got approved on Tuesday. I phoned in on Thursday and was told that there was a back log and there was an urgency put on my phone, I accepted that as these things happen. It is now Monday so i phoned in to see if it has gone to the courier service as yet and guess what... it hasn't!! I now get told they were out of stock last week and I need to phone back after 4pm today to see if there is a tracking number. Not only am i wasting money on phone calls (20 min at a time) but wasting my time too. If i knew it was going to take so long i would have gone in store. I just thought that opening up a contract telephonically was very convenient and is done in the comfort of your own desk/home. The other networks work on a 24hour delivery from approval of contract. I'm starting to doubt whether i made the right choice here. Not very happy at the moment.
