As per Nashua Mobile's delayed response to my complaint: "we would like the opportunity to investigate this matter, so that we may sort this out for you as soon as possible". It would seem their 'soon as possible' and my 'soon as possible' differ in timelines quite dramatically. I have not received any feedback from anyone. I do understand it is Christmas season but thanks to Nashua Mobile's lack of responsiveness it hasn't been a very merry one...
