Untrained people giving bad and Costly advise

Sales lady advised not to move to Cell C as they will are not 99c per min as advertised and will lawfully be forced to change all their advertisements to reflect this. this advised us to take an mtn contract that gives 500 FREE min. Only to later discover that Cell C is in fact 99c per min any time to any network. AND on top of this the 500 FREE min contract from MTN is in fact not 500 free min, but R500 airtime, this is half the value promised. Now we upgraded two contacts on this advise and is stuck in these for the next two years. I have four contacts with Nashua and if this is not corrected I will cancel all four contracts.
