Worst service and excuse ever heard

I called into afrihost regarding my adsl package, however received service that was a first unprofessional by Valencia in the accounts department, who was laughing on the call with her mates around her and then had to put the call on mute into order to finish laughing. Then was given what utter of why my account could not be credit. Then to be transferred to her manager, who is then gave me the same excuse. I don't care about your supply and that you have to pay them so that's why you can't credit me on my account for last. I am your client... I have enjoyed good service with afrihost for a long time now but today I have got an understanding of what clients mean to you guys. We pay and you'll don't care about anything else.
Seriously disappointed .not sure whether giving good prices on adsl lines means you can give bad customer service.
