I am very frustrated about the service that I'm getting from Afrihost. I'm tired of phoning in as I always have to wait very long before my call gets answered. Sometimes even over 10 minutes just holding on... it is ridiculous. Furthermore, both my ADSL and Broadband have been unusable for almost three months now. I literally cannot use the internet at all. I pay every month for no service. What happens to the gigs of data that I never use on my adsl and broadband accounts due to my services not working? Do they get carried over or do I just forfeit? If I forfeit, then it is really unfair as I paying for nothing in exchange. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. I'm currently searching for a new service provider as Afrihost seems to not even care.
