Telkom do not or wont understand their wrong billing. They do not respond to my many calls and complaint by me on their website. Their response is that they will attend to my problem immediately and will come back to me but nothing happens. I applied for 1GB a long time ago and the bill was correct for the previous months but then I applied on 1 Aug for 5GB and then my problem started.
The statement for July Tl-AllAccess TIN1110766 Aug 13 R69, 30 This was for 1GB
The statement for Aug Tl-AllAccess Standard 5GB TIN1110766 Aug 13 R86, 84
and on the same statement Tl-AllAccess Standard 5GB TIN1110766 Sep 13 R86.84

I requested them to credit my account and actually I do not know what to do further. Thank you.
