Egarding my complaint of my DATA not given to me... i am pleased to say that Ruth has handled the matter very well the customer service is not the best but better than many other ISP's thank you once again to all of you guys responsible for making this happen...

i do have one request tho... i booked in my modem because it was faulty because of an update i did at a cellc store in Kenilworth Cape town the repair time is 21 days which mean i will be unable to use my modem again.
this is the second time its being booked in for software upgrade.

is it possible for you guys to extend my expire date of my prepaid data perhaps as i am un able to use my data for a month now thank you i can be contacted on 0829602121 and the data sim in question is 0744648012 thank you so much...
