Shocking service, shocking network, no response

I posted a complaint on Hellopeter 10 days ago - Sisa called me the next day to say that he would look into it and promised me an email and a follow up call. Once again, Cell C has outdone itself in terms of poor service - no follow up, no response, no assistance! Unbelievable!

I have now called the contact centre 16 times now, spoke to various people, been promised follow ups - nothing! Doesn't anyone senior from Cell C actually monitor or care about all the complaints on this site?
