Can't cancel Cell C contract

I have in the last 9 months to a year had the most pathetic service from Cell C. I do not want to remain a customer in this company any longer, however can't seem to cancel my contract. The signal at my home is virtually non existent! I can't even send an SMS because the signal is so poor, everytime that I try to make a call it says, cannot connect or sends me straight through to voicemail and if I manage to get through the call is dropped midway in conversation. I refuse to pay for a service that I cannot fully use and therefore am asking Cell C to please make contact with me on 082 353 8172 to cancel account under number 079 296 5170. No matter what you say or do, I will not change my mind, please cancel my contract and that too without a cancellation fee as per the CPA code. Since you are a telecom's provider and fail to provide me with telecom facilities I think that would be breach of contract. You can speak to the account holder Anita. Hopefully you will have the decency to at least make this experience faster and more effecient.
