No phone over three weeks what a load of!

Phone went in for repairs over three weeks ago was told i had to pay in to get phone back, said not paying as phone is still under guarantee sent numerous complaints no replies!! Was told to go to Pinetown telkom to pick phone up went all the way down to Pinetown... no phone!!! I am paying a debit order on this and dont hve a phone i want my phone the debit order cancelled with immediate efffect - if phone is lost you must replace immediately!!
