Resolved and closed???

Apparently my query has been resolved and closed, but no one has called me from Autopage?? Must have a bunch of robots working there that give automated responses, as the people are unable to think for themselves and type responses that have not been cut and paste. Apparently my number that I supplied on Hello Peter and the same number which I have a contract with them does not exist??? Must be my my phone didn't ring...
