Pay R9.50 on contract and 0 when not

It. Did you know that people who are on Prepaid don't need to pay anaything for caller Id. But if you are on contract you must pay R9.50 a month for caller Id. Is this fair? I most definitly do not think so. Yust because those people has a contract it doesn't mean that they can Rip them off.
