Nightmare, no service and no feedback

After million attempts to convince them that my number is used by someone on whatsup, and failing to do thorough investigation. I decided that I wanna cancel my contract with them. I am failing to get cancellation fee because now they are responding to my emails since late 2012. GUYS I WANT OUT VODACOM HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE I feel like I dug myself in hole in Kimberly n can't get out..
