Cell C
Cell C - bad service

I have been with Cell C since March 2013. After the initial drama of getting connected - resolved by the shop in Northgate, it has been nothing but problems - calls dropping, no service, switching between Cell C network and Vodacom. I would like to know why the cell service is so bad in the North Riding area?
When I am in the south of Joburg I do not have any problems like this.
