Change contract without notice

When i opened my account with mtn i was told that i have free internet anytime any day as long as i pay my R60 per month so i do and still do now all of a sudden i go onto the internet and boom R60 taken once of my airtime balance! i feel we as civilians are taken or a ride here and our money gets from us! i changed from vodacom to mtn because i believed in mtn and now im not so sure anymore they did not even had the decency to send you a message to say listen we break the contract are you fine with it no they just do and now i must smile! if i was the one to break the contract my name wouldve been on the blacklist 100 years ago! i personally feel these companys should start take responsibility for there actions we as civillians are working hard for our money and we pay them for a service we dont get! come on people we got to start stand together against these company otherwise we going to keep looose out! when they want clients they promise you the world but once you are signed up they never deliver there promise! i would not have known about this if i didnt go into the shop to ask and im very very about it! i really feel like canceling my contract!
