Rubbish Quality

I purchased a Nokia Lumia 610 some 8 months ago. What a piece of absolute rubbish. Never have I been so frustrated with any appliance I have ever owned. This thing has a mind of its own!!! It starts applications without me even touching the phone. Don't know how it can be legal to market such Junk.
