The service from MTN... shocking

I've been a customer of mtn for 2 years now, on da 3rd of July i called in to cancel the contract as i am no longer intrested in getting an upgrade, i was given a ref number 101720858 and was told dat it aas cancelled and my other number would become prepaid, Nowhere did she tell me that i need to call again on the 11th to change to prepaid, i was told that i need to finsh all the airtime i had, sadly this months debit order goes and i am told that i was requested to call on the 11th,
i want Mtn to sort this mess out now coz 1. i dont have time to sit on the phone the whole day hoping someone would do thier job correctly.
2. i want the recordings of the conversation i had with this lady,
it sad that one has to become rude in order for things to be done properly...
i want this matter sorted out now!
