No signal, weak/unstable signal

Purchased a contract in may 2012, after being given written assurance of a strong signal with excellent coverage. it was almost an immediate discovery that their service was useless and very unstable. after several complaints and e mails a technician was dispatched to do a few measurements. (his findings confirmed my complaints) neotel then agreed to cancel the contract at no additional charges. needles to say this never happened, and thereafter e mails and calls were never returned. ( i'm billed every month for something that simply does not work)
