Too incompetent to carry out a simple request

As a loyal customer to Vodacom for more than 16 years I have now reached the end of my tether and will be cancelling all my cellular accounts, due to absolute incompetence on their part. I have made numerous attempts to transfer a cellular number from one company to another and each time the story changes and we are sent chasing our tails.

We have tried to transfer the number at Vodaworld in Midrand with no joy, we have also tried via Vodacom Direct. After three days of chasing after Vodacom Direct, we were informed that the only way to transfer the number would be to go via a Vodashop. Today we went into a Vodashop in Rivonia only to be told that in order to register the application, we had to cancel another registration that is on the account to which the "problem' number is to be transferred.

The absolute incompetence is astounding!!! We have spent significant resources on a simple request and have jumped through every hoop imaginable. Today I vote with my wallet and will be porting all contracts to Cell C. I am the Managing Director for one company and Chief Operating Officer for another. Your pathetic service has been a burden for too long.
