More than a week without internet

Hi

I have made many calls to mweb now about my intermittent connection. It connects and disconnects by the minute. I can't get ANYTHING done at all. All the consultants were more than happy to help and friendly, but that's where it stopped. I was told telkom will get back to me and to this day nothing. So I phone mweb again and they escalate the escalated escalation of the reported fault. Still no one here to fix or even look for the fault. I really needed my internet up and running tonight, which is why I decided to take things further. I'm so frustrated because I can't even rage at the mweb consultant because it's a different one every time and i have to explain the whole story to them again. Then they do the same tests and 'escalate' the matter again. And so the circle continues. I don't know who to call because I'm not telling the same story to the 10th consultant. I don't know should do what, but it's not being done or followed up properly.
