Blacklisted

MTN never advised me of my account cancellation and termination and eventually got me blacklisted. They never worked with me on paying for my bill in installments or make payment arrangements, they wanted me to pay the whole R4000 in cash or ETF, i mean if i had access to that amount in cash why the would i get a phone contract and get myself committed than just going all out to buy the phone.

Now i don't even know who to talk to?
