Continuously disappointing / False promises

Guys,

I have reached out to you before. Look at the forums. Everybody is complaining. Can you please fix your network?? Its not just coverage. The calls don't go through sometimes, data does not work often nowadays, calls are dropping.

And this is not specific to any areas. Everybody I recommended Cell C to has complained due to a lack of service and quality. Is this how you bring costs down??
