I have been complaining about the same thing for over 8 months now, and constantly trying to get hold of 8TA, everytime I get told my line will be connected in 48 hrs, I have heard that for the past 8 months, how can a company be so unprofessional? They are probably planning to do what they do best, to come up with a ridiculous figure saying I owe them, which I owe nothing to them and I am even willing to prove that in court.
I am tired of this unprofessional behaviour and I hope prospective customer are reading this to see how 8TA treats people. Please let me know if you want your trouble some Blackberry back and also calculate what is due to me as this contract is plain useless to me, I opened another stress free contract at cell C, compared to this its the best.
