Nashua charges me for a service they cant provide

I have a contract with Nashua Mobile for several years now. For the last 3 years or so I have had a blackberry which I was able to use as a modem for PC/laptop. Up until early December this worked fairly ok. Now it doesn't work at all. I phoned Nashua, who told me that the settings on my laptop must be wrong. So somehow, without making any changes, the settings are now wrong. I actually know something about computers so I do know what I'm doing. I called in again today and spoke to Heinrich. He reset all my network settings. Before he did this, my connection dialed in, it just didn't allow me to go onto any webpages. After he did this, it no longer allowed me to dial in. So I phoned back and spoke to Rudolph. Rudolph tells me that blackberry doesn't allow you to use your phone as a modem any longer. So for the past two months Nashua has been charging me for data that I have been unable to use. I would like a solution to this problem as a matter of urgency. Failing which, I expect to be reimbursed for the unused data of the past 2 months.
