How can my postal address suddenly change???

After 21 Months with Virgin mobile I eventually received my 22nd invoice via email. 21 Months to get this right. But then, to my amazement, I find that somehow my postal address has changed from PO Box xxxx, Randburg, 2125 (which is correct) to PO Box xxxx, Florentia, Alberton, 1449. How, in a "new" and "upgraded" system, that is meant to accurately track information in order to bill you, does this happen?

I don't even want a resolution. I am just counting the days until my contract cancellation on 16/9/13. The day can not come soon enough.
