Warranty rejected due to their clumsynes

My black berry 9900 was still under warranty, and started having problems like when I'm typing it types a lot of zzzz and 7777 in between or even when i press the alt button. i took my phone in, they accepted it. The following day (i live 80km from klerksdorp) they phone me and ask me to bring the earphones, sleeve and all the extras in as well. I did that.. i heard nothing from them for two weeks. when i went back to hear whats going on, they said my claim is rejected because of the cracked screen... my phone was still brand new and had no cracked screen.. they just lift their shoulders. i told them im going to cancel all my and my hubbies and kids contracts with them if they don't fix this on their costs. another 3 weeks later, (yesterday) i received an sms reading: Dear customer, your device has been assessed. repair quote R1500. reply YES to accept or NO to reject.
I'm furious
I'm not someone that complains easily.
I'm always the one smiling just walking away and paying for everything.. but this time Ive had enough! What should I do now?
