Insufficient data signal availability

Dear, sir's

Following my new residential address in Dalview, Brakpan there is just no 3g signal available. Is this due to the trees that we have in this area?

I have recently obtained a vodacom sim card with 3g signal. There is much more accessibility to the 3g service.

i have reported the situation on your website but i don't see any improvement.

Please advise if there is a other way of reporting these faults.
