Bad service

I'm constantly battling with my phone reception, when I try to make a call, there's nothing... every single day and I'm complaining for the whole year now. I get messages that says I missed a call, missed several calls, I've lost clients because they phone me to start my next project but they can't get through to me. And this is in Johannesburg, I'm suppose to have the best reception in the city but who am I kidding, it's ridiculous!!
