Vodacom
No cell reception leaves bad taste

We have been living at the Eye Of Africa Golf Estate in Alewynspoort / Eikenhof for two years now. I run my business from home and it is extremely irritating not to have cell reception in the estate. At most i'll get two bars if i'm lucky but the call drops after a few seconds. My cell doesn't ring at all some times and at the end of the day I have messages coming in saying I have 12 missed calls.

It's sad that I am a loyal paying customer but Vodacom can't provide the service
if I was not in a contract with Vodacom I would switch to Cell C in a heartbeat.

Please Vodacom, send a representative to come and see for themselves. All the residents here are complaining.
