Sipho has been in contact with you to assist with your complaint. He confirmed that the number was migrated to prepaid and Get It cancelled the 084909 number.

This is really getting to me, after several consultants confirmed that this stupid "get it"service has been removed and that I will get a refund with a turnaround time of 2months I'm still getting countless SMSes that I owe R70 and sometimes R97.00?? AND A PHONECALL THIS MORNING THAT I OWE GET IT, REALLY? can you get it together please and remove this thing from my name!! I will not take anymore of this!
