Suing for CANCELLED service

To whom this may concern,

I've Cancelled my Cell C contract in February 2011 (two emails had been send), and all outstanding payments were paid in full. Due to your incompetent Accounting department we have received an demand letter today Monday 12 August 2013 from "Pholosa credit solution Ref no.: 00092600" Dated 24 July 2013. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting ICASA with this matter.
