NEW CHARGES WITHOUT NOTICE

I just received an SMS advising that effective 19/8/2013 I will be charged for data usage in excess of 1GIG on blackberry. How can you advise me of this with 7 days notice and then direct me to your fair usage policy online which I have never heard of before or been advised of before!!! I cannot see this being acceptable in terms of CPA. Do not try and contact me on the number listed below as that is used by my daughter and not by me. All contact to be via email only.
