Unauthorised debits

I had a Cell C account 7 years ago. It was fully settled. Out of the blue in May 2013, I was debited with an amount of R100.00. The reference on the debit was 32365570 00386316. I have made contact with their contact centre - more than 10 times and have been informed that the R100.00 was outstanding and that I have also made cash payments towards an outstanding bill. What utter nonsense! Surely if an amount was outstanding for 7 years, some sort of legal actoin would have been taken by now???
They keep on pushing me from pillar to post with incompetent answers and are not addressing the issue at hand. I will be forwarding this matter to the consumer council, Star, ombudsman and will add a new complaint on Hello Peter, every week until this is fully resolved. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
