Bad Service

Please refer to the complain i logged on the 30 January because i received a form from Cell C and i fill the form and sent it back, from there i got one or two call promising that my problem will be resloved and until today my problem is moving from better to worse so i am not sure which technical team are you refering to cause i submitted the fo amd no one have me any referrence number.
