STILL WAITING SERVICE 6ST COMPLAINT!!!
CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF SERVICE & PRODUCT INFORMATION WHATSOEVER,
I CANCELLED MY CONTACT AFTER 2 YRS IN FERARY 2013 & WENT PREPAID TIL I COULD FIND A CONTACT I LIKE. 2 MONTHS LATER I WENT TO TAKE OUT A NEW CONTRACT WITH THE NOW PREPAID NUMBER BUT WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 6 MONTHS B4 I COULD DO SO. I WAS TOLD THIS IS VODACOM'S "PUNISHMENT" FOR NOT RENEWING. VODACOM DID NOT INFORM OF THIS CONDITION WHEN THE CANCELLATION REQUEST WAS SENT THRU. CALLED THE CANCELLATIONS DEPT TODAY @ 13H40 AND CALL WAS DROPPED @ 14H00 (CLOSING TIME) BY THE SUPERVISOR IN CHARGE - WHAT GREAT SERVICE, GET THE MS TO CALL ME OR CELLC / MTN HERE I COME
