Business lines collapsed

We have used a telecommunications company, Pinacle Systems (doing our switcboard) to apply for additional lines with telkom together with our excisting number 044 - 8782203 Telkom did install the lines after postponing it with a week. After a few days all the lines just gone dead. We reported this matter to Telkom on Monday 5 Aug, with follow up several times and today is Monday the 12th of August with nothing been done about it! We are a manufacturing company (Designer Kitchens, Design) and we have moved our sales outlet to this premisses (with the forwarding nr), and face severe damage to our company as a result that people think we have closed our doors!
