Good day...

My wife and I had upgraded our cell phone contracts in January and opted to go with the Experia Go, Because it was portrayed as being "virtually Indestructible" we now have the phone for seven months and both phones have proven to be the opposite.

My phone IMEI 352891055726810 has a chip on the bottom left on the face, the flap that you open to insert the charger just chipped for no apparent reason.

My wife's phone IMEI 352891055726455 has the same chip on the bottom left of the face and for some odd reason the screen seems to be cracked.

We both work in an office environment so our phones aren't physically put in any physical danger

Sony is a highly respected brand and for such a massive cooperation to produce such a pathetic product is way beyond me...
