Last year between July to September I upgraded my contract as usual luckily this time I took the contract over the phone, I called in and spoke to the consultant who told me I will be paying the very same amount, and that the call is been recorded. I paid R250.00 as usual then after 3 payments made on the account then they decided to debit R400.00 on my account. I was told that the lumia 800 the only thing that I don't have access in is the bluetooth to my suprise I can't even have access of the EFT payments. I called in to change the phone I was told that I can't. Many people are complaining about the phone they are aware. Now they put me as a slow payer on ITC.I requested a call recording up until now no one came back to me I have references for the call I made to them : 3031602244... 16.03.2013

Now my number 0845005910 is even blocked the phone as well is blocked what I want from them is to tell me how much does the phone cost I don't want to use their services anymore I don't want their airtime
