I have a Vodacom contract and no idea how this happened but somehow got subscribed with you guys without my knowledge.

I called Vodacom and they said you guys billed me up to R40 a day on somedays. This is really unfair. I would understand if I subscribed to something and received something I wanted in exchange but no. I feel it is unethical and just wrong. My cellphone bill is R1098 up to date. This is a lot of money to pay for nothing useful in return.

I have read your replies to previous comments saying that you are just the gateway, but aren't you supposed to give warnings on the costs involved if clicking on something?
