WOW WOW WOW!!! This is by far the best service I have ever received. I had a dispute on my account and have been struggling to get it resolved for the past 3 months. Fidelis Makoni called me yesterday and the query was resolved within 24 hours. I have never experienced such great and legendary service from any Telecomunications service provider.
