Felt really soory, but nothing happened

Bianca S.eventually contacted me, and said how sorry she was, after I told her about my experience, and how unhappy I am. She said that she will contact me, again, within a few days. It has been nearly a month now. After I was told that she will see if she can give me a credit, I have notreceived my bill, and my account is the highest it ever was.

The money has been deducted from my account, and no one has contacted me since. The service is just getting worse and worse. I cannot wait for my contracts to finish. Never ever again.
