Another week without being able to use data

Well, this marks te 3rd? 4th? Hello Peter Moan to Cell C, it seems that I might eventually get some service. I have gotten sms telling me that my query has been assigned to Gauteng south field technicians! Yea! Sadly this was last week and I haven't heard anything... Strange that it takes a technician so long to drive to a place and test signal. On plus side it seems that my home why having no cover at all on cell c (cant even open google or receive whatsapp messages or calls) Has LTE signal on Vodacom and MTN! I havent had the chance to see what Telkom mobile gets. well I have but not with a LTE device. Pretty much everyone is better than Cell C...
