The worst service ever!!!

It took one month to get the phone I wanted! recieved the phone last week well surprise surprise the Sim is still not activated!!! I have been calling every day, and everyday I get told it is being sorted out 6 days to switch a sim card on??? VIRGIN BIG TIME NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE!!!
