Worst Cellphone Network Ever!!!

Every month my phone are disconnected due to the fact that I have changed my debit order to EFT payments 8 months ago. Every time I call VM, I have to wait 20 minutes for my call being answered. Now, since 1 May, I again do not have any service for 5 days already due to their updates on the network. We have not been warned about this and when I call everyday, every person is giving me a different story. One said that my accont has not been paid, one said that I only need to reboot my handset etc. I spend at least 10 - 15 hours every month on the phone to Virgin Mobile. I will drive to Canal Walk next week and drop my phone and sim card at their branch, as I do not want their useless service anymore!!
