Free wi-fi means no wi-fi!

Telkom have these "free " wi-fi hotspots. If ur an 8ta client and buy R150 airtime you get 10gigs free wi-fi. Took my laptop and 8ta dongle to one of these. It does not work! I can get the free one hour thats for everybody but my 10 gigs? Either you have to be some software engineer or it is, as I think, a big. I have a couple of (8ta) friend and nobody can use their gigs? Also impossable to complaint. On their fb page they give an e-mail you can respond to, ( [Email Removed] ) but gmail says that there are no such adress! Thanks telkom, vodacoms LTE sounds better everyday. TO ALL UR CLIENTS!!!
