MTN UPGRADES STILL NO BIS

GOOD DAY,

After being a MTN client for many years this is the service i got,

I upgraded my cellphone contract in June 2013 to a Blackberry 9320 going for R189pmx24 including the Blackberry Absolute plan. After my phone was delivered no Blackberry internet service was activated. its about 20 days later and i can still not use my new phone. I am furious as i have made several phone calls whom i have to explain the whole situation over and over again, what is wrong with you people??? I have even been asked to send a copy of the contract to 2 different people and still no feedback??? I want this sorted as soon as possible.
